Building on a successful launch earlier this year at the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium, this expansion showcases SSA Group’s commitment to delivering faster, more convenient food service experiences across its attractions.

With the new system, guests at the Florida Aquarium can order meals through Cinchio’s mobile app, then retrieve their food from secure Apex lockers by simply scanning or entering a unique code. The process eliminates long lines and minimizes wait times, giving families more time to enjoy the aquarium’s exhibits while ensuring food is served fresh, on time, and securely.
